How to Get Support:

Step 1:  Simply click on the icon above to start a Live Support session.
Step 2:  You will be prompted for permission to allow your support representative view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
Step 3:  You will be connected and a chat will be opened so you can explain the reason for the call. Your support representative will then take steps to remedy the situations.
Step 4:  You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
